Danganronpa: Hope's Trial is a Danganronpa talent swap fanfic with Mukuro Ikusaba, the Ultimate Astrologist, as the protagonist. It follows a different trail of deaths, different killers, and a different mastermind. The link is below to read it.

The Border Between Life and Death is a Danganronpa story I have yet to post, but am actively working on. It takes place during and after the events of Danganronpa 1, in the perspective of Byakuya. It follows the canonical storyline, with the only change being that Byakuya can see ghosts. I will share the links for this story once I post it.
